Inkscape – Combine Fill and Stroke of a Text

- Create a text and adjust stroke width (e.g. to make it more bold)
- Select the text object
- Path -> Object to Path
- Path -> Stroke to Path
- Path -> Combine
- Path -> Union
Next steps: Select the text object remove fill & add solid stroke with low width for e.g. laser cutting or CNC manufacturing
