Restore iPad to factory defaults without passkey

Prerequisites: iTunes is installed, iPad in no longer connected to the Apple account
- Turn off iPad
- Hold Home Button and plug in USB cable while holing the Home Button
- Wait until the Restore Screen is showing up
- iTunes will open and ask to Restore the iPad, select Restore

- if there is not the latest software version, iTunes ask to Update % Restore, select this
- After downloading, the restore process begins
